RECOVERING WASTE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFIT

Escrick Environmental Services (EES) are undertaking the creation and profiling of the former clay pit and associated brick works at Escrick by recovering waste for a beneficial after use. This project is set to use suitable waste material to create a mountain bike skills centre and nature walk.

WASTE TYPES

All wastes are accessed by a technical competent person to ensure compliance against site specific waste acceptance procedures. Permitted waste types include:

• Excavation waste streams from construction and civil engineering projects.
• Wastes from waste management facilities
